Where is your company based?Our company based in Hong Kong and is run by a fellow reenactor. We pride ourselves in our communication with customers and attention to details. Our shop specialises in custom making reproduction the market has yet to provide. Inform us of your specifications with clear images we can thereby produce reproductions according to them. You could consult us with item images and get a quote by sending us messages to teutonicrhythm@gmail.com

What payment method do you accept?We accept Paypal only.

Are you able to produce or custom make something that is not yet available?In most cases we are able to produce most uniforms and personal gears (weaponry excluded). We can do "made to images" so please inquire via teutonicrhythm@gmail.com with photographs with details and overview of the item. We will then get back to you with a quote and create a listing just for your purchase purpose.

What is the process of a transcation?Buyer places order via the site or manually through email and then pays with Paypal. Buyer emails us the neccessory measurements or sizes via teutonicrhythm@gmail.com Follow-up emails from us and finally a confirmation of production. Up to 30-45 days buyer receives an email with the photos of the ordered items and requests any amendments or adjustments. Buyer confirms the products are fine and can be shipped out. We send out the items and provide buyers with a tracking number. Buyer receives item.

What kind of sizes or measurements do I need to provide once I place an order?For hat, please state your head size in centimeters. For uniform (top or bottom), please provide us with body measurements (not from your clothings please) of the following: a. chest b. shoulder c. waist d. sleeve e. length (top/pants) f. height g. weight. For footwear, please state your foot size in any of the sizing systems (e.g. EU/US/UK/JP etc)

How is the postage calculated?The preset shipping price for international are actual prices to the United States. Customers from other area please send us a message so that we could add the postage in the product listing of your choice. Customers who want faster shipment could also message us. We only ship by registered mail to safeguard both of our interest.

When will my order get shipped?As all products are custom made and have no current stock, it will take normally 30 days from the day you have paid and provided us with all neccessory information (e.g. sizes/body measurement) for production. In the unlikely circumstance we will be shipping your products no longer than 45 days, which will be within the Paypal dispute period to safeguard your interest.
